Eighty high school students and chaperones came to the Catholic Charities Summer Institute in Little Rock July 12-16. They learned about social issues such as immigration, incarceration, the elderly and abortion.

Author gives grandmothers 'how to' host their own camp

Anne Dierks started "Granny Camp" at her Hot Springs Village home in the mid-1990s. Her experience -- passing along special values to her grandchildren and having fun, too -- has led to a new book to be published in August.
